STOCKER, Douglas Alan – Of Flint, age 69, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Addington Place.
Funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Douglas was born in Flint, Michigan on May 12, 1949, the son of the late Fernley and Lunetta (Young) Stocker and was a resident of Flint.
He was a member of Berean Baptist Church.
He loved golfing, singing, karaoke, cars and his cat, Baby Girl.
He enjoyed his family here in Michigan and visiting his family in North Carolina.
Mr. Stocker retired from Hudson’s.
Surviving are sisters, Delores (Robert) Maronpot and
Norma (Lloyd) Elmer;
niece, Jennifer (Brian) Dilley;
nephew, Jeremy (Sarah Beth) Maronpot;
great-nieces, Emma and Julia.
