Todd, Robert Gary Sr. - Age 79, of Swartz Creek, died January 23, 2018. Services will be held 11AM Friday January 26 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 8497 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 10AM until the time of service. Pastor Steve Higley and Pastor Bart Mueller officiating. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to Messiah Lutheran Church. Robert was born October 20, 1938 the son of Robert Arthur and Helen Fae (Horton) Todd. He married Donna Jean Hiner in Flint on May 10, 1957. He was a graduate of Flint Northern High School and Mott Community College. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He had worked as a Pipefitter for GM-Buick retiring in 2004 with 43 years of service; and was a member of U.A.W. Local 599. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Robert is survived by his wife of 60 years, Donna; children, Robert Gary (Kathy) Todd Jr. of Grand Blanc, Michael Alan Todd of Arlington, TX., Debra (Doug) Chenail of Swartz Creek; 4 grandchildren, Amber Todd, Jessica (David) Reese, Joseph Chenail, Andres Perez; extended family, the Kelley family, the Harr family, and the Neuville family.
