FOSTER, Adeline C. "Addie"- of Clio, age 84, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Burial in Thetford Township Cemetery. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 1-8 PM and Tuesday from 10 AM until time of service.
Adeline was born March 23, 1931 in Pinconning, Michigan to the late Bernard and Ann (Zaucha) Klowski. She graduated from Pinconning High School in 1949. Adeline married Norman K. Foster on May 24, 1952. He preceded her in death on November 28, 1980. She retired from Moore Brothers Electric in Flint and was a secretary for the East Side Senior Center for several years. Addie was a member of TOPS and enjoyed reading, line dancing, rollerskating and traveling, playing cards and loved hummingbirds.
Surviving are: children, Norman (Janie) Foster of Clio, Pamala Jo (John) Bartlett of Presque Isle, Neal (Marla) Foster of Otter Lake; grandchildren, Scott Bartlett, Rebecca Rogers, Gina Herring, Jordan Bartlett, Jennie Bartlett, Melissa Martin, Katie Foster; great grandchildren, Steven, Stephanie, Brook, Everette, Collin, Ibben, Harper, Reagan, Foster, Isaac; Many other family and friends. She was also preceded in death by: grandson, Luke Sebert; and 2 brothers. Special thanks to the staff and her extended family at Serenity Assisted Living.
