STEVENS, Gary Leroy - Of Burton, age 78, died Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Dave Pompo officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your choice.
Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Gary was born in Flint on August 23, 1938, the son of Kenneth and Margie Stevens. He loved flying model airplanes and playing cards.
Surviving are son, Jeff (Colleen) Nearing;
daughter, Debbie (Glen) Roth;
11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren;
sister, Karla (Roy) Smyth;
and daughter-in-law, Darby Nearing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Denise, son, Rick and brother, Craig.
