BASTIEN, JoAnn L. – of Flint, age 62, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Rev. John Hart officiating. Cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors on Saturday from 11 AM until time of services at 2 PM. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
JoAnn was born October 16, 1954 in Flint to the late Orlo and Faye (Clark) Lightle and was a Flint resident her entire life. She married William Bastien on May 7, 1976. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and listening to Elvis music.
Surviving are: husband, Bill; Children: Tonya (Harvey) Verkennes of Hulbert, Amy Bastien of CO, Carl Bastien of FL, Craig Bastien (companion Jill) of Davison; Grandchildren: Nichole, Mary, Patrick, Tyler, Jordan, Riley, Jeffrey and Makayla; Siblings: her twin Joan (Rick) Stinson of Mt.
