CROSNO, Andrew Buford “Andy” - Of Burton, age 74, died Saturday, March 11, 2017 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 1pm Saturday, March 18, 2017 at West Court Street Church of God, 2920 West Court Street, Flint,
Reverend Paul Christiansen officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 12 Noon Saturday at church until the time of the service.
Andrew was born in Essex, Missouri on May 9, 1942, the son of the late Jesse Clayborn Crosno and Marie (Cobb) Newell. Andy was a resident of Burton since the early 1980’s. Mr. Crosno served in the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was employed at “Chevy in the Hole”, retiring from Delphi and was a member of UAW Local #659. Andy loved the outdoors, camping and fishing. He was also a member of West Court Street Church of God and the Goldwing Road Riders Association.
Surviving are three daughters, Sharon (Marty) Wenzel, Donna Snider and Andrea (Bryan) Green;
Grandchildren Aaron, Cory, Snider, Danielle and Nick Ledger, Skyler, Rosie, and River Green and Brandon and Rachel Wenzel;
Loving brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brother, A.J., sister, Blanche Jerls and stepfather, Ray Newell, and precious friend, Leona Kies.
