ARNOT, Barbra Ann – of Mt. Morris, age 78, died Sunday, August 17, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at O’Guinn Family Funeral home in Clio, Michigan. Pastor Bill Christensen officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Barbra was born April 11, 1941 in Dexter, Missouri to the late Harvey and Melba (Walker) Brown. She grew up in Dexter, Missouri before moving to Michigan and graduated from Flint Northern High School with the class of 1959. On September 24, 1999 she married Robert Arnot. Prior to her retirement in 1999, she worked for Winkleman’s in retail sales with 10 years of service. Barbra enjoyed going to the casino, her flower gardens, feeding her birds, puzzle books, and cook outs. She also loved to go thrift store shopping with her daughters and sisters.
Surviving are: Husband, Robert; Children, Tonya (Lalit) Lall, Lynne Whitehead; Step Children, Charlynn Arnot, Robert (Tina) Arnot, Trish Arnot, Sue Beckley; Grandchildren, Nik (Luke Hoge) Manning, Kyle Whitehead, Kelsey Whitehead; Step Grandchildren, Luke Lizotte, Tyler Mahar, Melissa Mahar, Joey Mahar, Russell Beckley, Tiffany Arnot, Mallory Hubbard, Hannah (Austin) Cain; Great Grandchildren, Alysse Campbell, Cody Campbell; Step - Great Grandchildren, Jackson Mahar, Joslynne Mahar, Tyler Mahar, Annah Mahar, Easton Beckley; Sisters, Diane Mechura, Gloria McCloud, Marcie Knoblock; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother, Ronnie Brown, Step Great Grandson, Devin Cowan; Nephew, Victor Brown.
