HERRIMAN-CRANMER, Monica – of Flint, age 64, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at her residence. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will welcome visitors from 10 AM until 6 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. There will be a memorial service under the auspices of the Burton Eagles #3814 at the funeral home at 6 PM on Tuesday. There will also be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Monica was born in Flint on July 21, 1960, daughter of the late Cecil and Sharon (Clark) Herriman. She graduated from Kearsley High School in 1978. Monica married David Cranmer on August 25, 2001. He preceded her in death August 7, 2015. Monica was a member of the Burton Eagles since 1992 where she ran the Burton Raiders youth club for more than 20 years. She loved youth and was very active in various organizations of the Kearsley community. Monica worked as a manager at the Fair Store until it was closed and then worked at Target for many years. She was a reality TV junkie, enjoyed football, hockey, crafts and Barry Manilow.
Monica is survived by her loving children, Lindsay Herriman and Shelby Cranmer; grand-dogs, Abby and Dani; step-father, Don Ehrhart Jr.; sisters, Rhonda (Jeff) Dolby, Dee Knack, and Kim Fowler; brother-in-law, Larry Diem; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Herriman and Sharon (Herriman) Ehrhart; her husband, David Cranmer; sister, Linda Diem; brothers-in-law, Brad Knack and Bill Fowler.
