BROWN, Buck “Alan” - Of Flint, age 70, died Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 1-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Buck was born in Flint on June 8, 1947, the son of the late George and Faye (Morris) Brown. On October 7, 1982, he married Kaye Copeland. Buck worked at Kelly’s Custom Trim and AIDI for several years. He also owned and operated Buck and Tuck. Buck enjoyed life and spending time with friends and family.
Surviving are wife, Kaye;
children, Scott Brown, Troy Copeland, Audra Brown, Dawn Jehnsen, Dale Brown, Tonya Copeland and Bobbi Didion;
19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren;
brothers, George (Martha) Brown, John (Jill) Brown and Jim (Gilda) Brown;
cousin, “life-long friend” Husker (Cathy) Hazelwood;
and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jett and sister, Sandy.
