ROSS, Glenn Andrew - Of Flint, age 90, died Friday, August 21, 2020
at his residence.
A Prayer Service will be held 4pm Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Cremation will take place after the service.
Visitation 3pm Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Glenn was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 4, 1929, the son of the late William and Irene Ross. On May 20, 1950, he married Vera Adams at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and she preceded him in death on June 21, 1995. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for many years and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Glenn’s hobbies included golf, bowling, listening to music and watching classic movies. Above all else, Glenn enjoyed being with his family.
Surviving are children, Karen (Tim) Furrow and Robin Bellingar;
grandchildren, Tim (Angela) Furrow, Amy (Jason) Ramos, Kristin (Eric) Richards, Courtney (Eric) Bradley and Nick (Amanda) Charles;
great-grandchildren, Gavin and Parker Furrow, Jada and Maya Ramos, Jack, Charlie and Violet Richards, Ashton, Kendall, and Aubrey Bradley and Ben and Addison Charles;
son—in-law, Larry Bellingar;
and life-long friend, Joe Kohler.
He was also preceded in death by brothers, Gerald and William Ross and sisters, Eleanore, June, Lorraine and Shirley.
