POLCIK, Deanna A. – of Clio, age 52, died on Friday, August 14, 2020 at McLaren – Flint, two days before her 53rd birthday. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 12PM until 8PM at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. A graveside service will be held at 11AM Thursday in Flint Memorial Park.
Deanna was born August 16, 1967 in Flint, Michigan to the late Gary and Delores (Burden) Middleton Sr. She graduated from Beecher High School in 1986 and later attended Ross Medical and Sharp’s Academy of Hair. Deanna married Stanley Polcik on September 3, 1993 in Las Vegas, Nevada, they enjoyed over 30 years together. She worked in the medical field for over 20 years before entering the cosmetology field. Deanna enjoyed traveling, ghost stories, cooking, and planning parties. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Loving husband, Stanley Polcik; Children: Brian (Jessie) Polcik, Stephen Polcik, Shina SeKrenes, Jeremy SeKrenes, and Diana (Jay) Boyer; Grandchildren: Gwenyth Polcik, Megan Polcik, Andrew Polcik, Grace Polcik, Madison Boyer, Parker SeKrenes, Emma Thomas, and Lucas Thomas; Siblings: Gary Middleton Jr., and Heather (William) Linseman; Aunt: Sheila (Robert) Thorn-Rueda; Nephews: William Linseman II, and Nicklas Linseman; Cousins: Bernard “Worm” McHugh, Sheila Cross, Felical Cross, Daniel McHugh, Chelsea Androws, and Sierra Androws; Many other loving family members and dear friends. Deanna was also preceded in death by: Grandparents: Houston and Leota Middleton; Uncles: Jimmy Burden and Gary Burden; Aunt, Edith Caldwell; Cousins: Steve Fortin, and Becky Torres.
