NAYLOR, Vickie L. – of Clio, age 72, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at her residence. Private funeral services will be held. Kim Christensen officiating. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Friday, July 3, 2020 from 9:30AM until 2PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clio VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #1452.
Vickie was born July 14, 1947 in Flint, Michigan to Clarence and Birdella (Maitland) Mercier. She attended Clio Schools. Vickie married Robert R. Naylor on October 2, 1993. He preceded her in death June 4, 2004. She was an Avon Representative for over 30 years. Vickie attended New Covenant Church in Clio and was a member of the Clio VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #1452. She enjoyed shopping, playing Bingo, trips to the casino, camping, playing cards, and collecting antiques. Above all, Vickie loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are: Daughters: Billie Jo (Richard) Williams, and Nicole (Sheawn) Harris; Grandchildren: Justin (Anna) Williams, Kayla Williams, Lindsey Williams, Christian Harris, Luke Harris and Angel Gilliam; Great granddaughter, Hadley Williams; Brothers: Rick (Susan) Mercier, and Scott McHone; Nieces and nephews: Misty Mercier (Lamar), Jessica Mercier (Jim), Jeff (Jeni) Snellenberger, Christy Aceves, Mindy Mason, and Sara McHone; Many great nieces and nephews, other loving family members and dear friends. Vickie was also preceded in death by: Father, Clarence Mercier; Mother, Birdella McHone; Stepfather, Chet McHone; Brothers: Billy McHone, and Larry Mercier; Sisters in law: Claudia Mercier, and Camilla Mercier.
