LUSK, Susan Marie – of Durand, age 65, died Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at McLaren – Flint Healthcare. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 17, 2019 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Durand Nursing Home and Rehab Center.
Susan was born December 1, 1953 in Flint, Michigan to the late Jack and Mildred (Williams) Lusk. She grew up in the Flint, Michigan area her entire life and graduated from Bentley High School with the class of 1973. Prior to her retirement she worked for Linden Public Schools in the Housekeeping Department. She previously attended the Bristol Road Church of Christ. Susan enjoyed spending time at Silver Lake water skiing in her younger years, knitting, crocheting, and loved all animals. She also enjoyed the music of Abba, going to motorcycle races, and long drives in the country.
Surviving are: Siblings, Nancy Monk, David Lusk; Nephew, Nathan Monk; Great Nephews, Isaac Monk, Seth Monk; Great Niece, Jocelyn Monk.
