KNOTTS, Christina May – Of Gaines, age 65, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Steve Harmon officiating.
Those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Ever Living Tree Fund.
Visitation 12 noon Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Christina was born in Pontiac, Michigan on February 24, 1949, the daughter of Arthur and Frances (Day) Brown.
On October 8, 1966 she married Jerry Knotts.
She enjoyed being up north, crocheting and walking with her friends.
Christina was a cook at Swartz Creek High School.
Surviving are husband Jerry Knotts;
children, Michelle Knotts of Gaines,
Kellie VanDeusen of Swartz Creek and
Roger (Christine) Knotts of Birch Run;
grandchildren, Abigail VanDeusen, Austin, Dylan and Olivia Knotts and Jaiden Knotts;
siblings, David (Barb) Brown,
Tammy, Pat (Dale) Albee;
several nieces and nephews;
friends, Jeanie and Larry Williams, Debbie and Rob Bramer.
Special thank you to the nurses at McLaren ICU and the Cancer Center.
She was preceded in death by parents; two brothers and sister.
