Mark Louis Williams, age 64, of Goodrich, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at his home. A Memorial Mass will take place 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Community, 7296 Gale Rd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Fr. Michael Williams as celebrant with committal service following in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visiting will take place one hour prior to Mass on Wednesday. Arrangements were provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Mark was born on April 1, 1960 in Flint the son of Jack and Julia (Pastor) Williams. He graduated from Bentley High School, class of 1978. Mark worked for Pepsi Cola for many years before his retirement. He was a practical jokester at heart and was a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Community, helping at the church as an usher. Mark volunteered and served as past president for the Mid-Michigan Therapy Dogs. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and bird watching.
He is survived by son, Jacob Williams; parents, Jack and Julia Williams; brother, Rev. Fr. Michael Williams; sister, Michelle (Michael) Pescatello; and nieces and nephew, Wade Williams, Madison Pescatello and Myah Pescatello.
