Ferguson, Ethel Awanda of Davison age 91 died Thursday October 27, 2011 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday October 29, 2011 at Court St. United Methodist Church 225 W. Court St. Flint, Rev. Robert Wright officiating with burial in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm Saturday until time of services at the church. Ethel was born in Flint Michigan January 18, 1920 the daughter of the late Norman & Easter (Orton) Stevens, and has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to J.C. Ferguson on December 31, 1936 and he preceded her in death January 1975. Ethel was a member of Court Street United Methodist Church. She is survived by daughters: Pegge and husband Rick Adams, Kathy Bouffler, Sue Sherwin, and Nancy and husband Joe Hickmott. 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; sisters: Rhoda Willis, of Missouri and Maxine and husband Gerald Gibbons of Ohio.
