GARMAN, Millie Jeanne – of Davison, age 87, passed away April 6, 2018 at Hampton Manor of Davison. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Rev. P. Thomas Wachterhauser officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 PM. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Tuesday.

Millie was born in Genesee Twp., MI on December 7, 1930, daughter of the late Earl and Tillie (Seigns) Plant. Millie graduated with honors from Flint Tech in 1949. She married Ray B. Garman, Jr. on September 11, 1954. Millie enjoyed bowling and was a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader and room mother. She also loved attending baseball games and watching Spartan basketball. Millie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Her amazing love for her husband and her family will live on forever.

Millie is survived by her husband, Ray B. Garman, Jr.; children, Jeff (Cheri), Tammy (Mark) Rothwell, Chris (Marguerite) and Dan (Anna); grandchildren, Kori (Kelli), Tara (Jesse) Adams, Mark (Katie) Rothwell, Jr., Kari Rothwell, Kate, Chris, Megan, Nona, Josh and Grant; great-grandchildren, Mackson, Macie and Emmy. She was preceded in death by granddaughter, Kari Rothwell; siblings. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Hampton Manor for loving care.
