GAGER, James Dwight, age 65, of Swartz Creek, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019. James was born on April 13, 1954, in Rochester, New York, the son of Dwight Jerome "Jerry" and Carol (Brady) Gager. He graduated from the University of Michigan Flint with his bachelors in Business. James and Robin Burton were united in marriage on September 21, 1985 in Troy. He worked for Lab Corp and Kmart Corporation for many years as a Computer Programmer Analyst. Jim was a loving husband and enjoyed the outdoors, canoeing and camping. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Robin Gager; four siblings, Susan (Doug) Manyen, Robert (Kim) Gager, John (Emma) Gager and Carol Anne (Jeff) Nickelson; two sister-in-laws, Sheree Burton and Terri (Ken) Shaw; a special niece Shwanda Lee and several other nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Carol Gager. No services have been scheduled at this time.
