ALEXANDER, Robert L. - of Clio, age 74, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 3PM until 7PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Robert was born August 12, 1942 In Flint, Michigan to the late Earl and Annie (Vonneau) Alexander. He graduated from Beecher High School in 1960. Mr. Alexander is a U.S. Army Veteran. Robert retired from General Motors in 1999 with 37 years seniority. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and old cars. Robert also enjoyed playing semi-pro football for the Flint Wildcats and Pontiac Sabres.
Surviving are: Sons: Brian (Rosalind) Alexander, and Robert (Debbie) Alexander; Grandson, Robert Alexander; Brothers: Leonard (Julie) Alexander, and Lawrence Alexander. Please sign our guestbook or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
