ELKINS, Marvin L., Jr. – of Burton, age 63, passed away March 23, 2016 at A Place to Remember. A Memorial Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
Marvin was born in Flint, MI on May 3, 1952, son of the late Marvin and Barbara (McFarland) Elkins, Sr. He retired from GM after 25 years of service. Marvin was a hard worker, enjoyed camping and was an avid Harley rider. He loved muscle cars and especially his two cats.
Marvin is survived by his sons, Gregory (Amy) Elkins, Jeffery Elkins; grandsons, Landon, Grant and Gage; brothers, David (Fran), Melvin (Cheryl), Douglas (Tammy); sisters, Rose Cooley, Beverly (Joe) Elkins-Deleo.
