DAYRINGER, Agnes D. – Of Grand Blanc, age 87, died Friday, June 12, 2015 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at
Court Street United Methodist Church, 225 West Court Street, Flint,
Rev. Dr. Steven Buck officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Mrs. Dayringer will be at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service.
Agnes was born in Port Huron, Michigan on June 18, 1927, daughter of the late Joseph and Alma (Harrison) Burgett.
On June 25, 1949 she married Walter Dayringer in Flint.
She was a member of Court Street United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Dayringer was a teacher for the Flint Schools for many years, retiring in 1986.
Surviving are husband, Walter;
three children, Douglas (Kathy),
Charles and Thomas;
four grandchildren;
two great-grandchildren;
two brothers, Norval and Fred (Marion).
She was preceded in death by her brother, Bill; sisters-in-law, Roxanne and Arlene.
