JOHNSON, Hilda E,. - age 97, of Flint, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, February 20, 2019. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 2, 2019 Linden United Methodist Church, 201 S. Bridge St., Linden with Rev. Michelle Forsyth officiating. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Linden United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of Genesee County. Hilda was born January 29, 1922 in Flint, the daughter of Carl and Florence (Bird) Gabrielson. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School. Hilda was a member of Linden United Methodist Church, Loose Senior Center and the Byron Order of the Eastern Stars and Jobs Daughters. Surviving are: son, William (Doris) Johnson of Grand Blanc; daughter, Susan (Arthur) Allan of Argentine; three grandchildren, Leif (Melissa) Johnson, Robert (Cynthia) Johnson II, and Meghan Johnson (Ryan Foreman); two great-grandchildren, Elliott and Kent Johnson; her dog, Ralphie.
