HILLER, Thelma G. – of Davison, age 97, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Almost Home Assisted Living in Fenton. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Monday, November 2, 2015 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 E. Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Barbara Benjamin officiating. Burial will be in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-6 PM Sunday and one hour prior to the service Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Richfield United Methodist Church.
Thelma was born in Alberta, Canada on August 11, 1918, daughter of the late Claude and Alvina Princing. She married Arnold Wayne Hiller on March 1, 1941 and he preceded her in death on July 3, 1992. Thelma was very active in the Richfield United Methodist Church. She sang in the choir, was the secretary for the Women’s Society, was a Sunday school teacher and taught vacation bible school. Thelma took pride in keeping a tidy, beautiful home. She loved to garden and enjoyed crocheting.
Thelma is survived by her children, Gary (Lorraine), Neil (Yvonne), Kristine (David) Williams; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
