JOHNSON, Terry “TJ” - Of Davison, age 64, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Larry Rednower officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation 4-8pm Monday at the funeral home.
Terry, was born in Flint on December 28, 1952, the son of Glendon H. Johnson and Jessie (McManners) Fortune. He graduated from Bendle High School. Big T. was a Pepsi Man for 40 years. He was a devout Christian and enjoyed mentoring others. Terry loved the Detroit Tigers and playing basketball and also coached football, baseball and basketball. He loved mowing the lawn and telling a good joke. Terry’s family, children and grandchildren were his greatest love.
Surviving are children, Jeff (Christina), Chris (Jill), Tony, (Charlene) and Greg;
grandchildren, Lucas, Austin, Hailey, Evan Glen, Erynn, Layton Terry, Maxwell and Lillian;
mother, Jessie Fortune;
siblings, Ron, Tim and Debbie Canada.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glendon and brother, Gary Johnson.
