Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Verba was born in Flint, Michigan on August 12, 1930.
She loved spending time with family.
Surviving are daughter, Donna Horton-Phipps;
son, Randy (Margaret) Horton;
brothers, Richard Rothley and Albert Rothley;
5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Jobe.
