JONES, Donald L. – of Otisville, age 63, passed away November 15, 2017 doing what he loved, deer hunting. A Funeral Service will be held 4:30 PM Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Deacon Michael Dear officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be 11 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday.
Don was born in Flint, MI on June 13, 1954, son of Harold and Bervelee (Frazier) Jones. He married Karen Parcheta on May 10, 1974 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Don was a great outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing and golf. His greatest love was his family and was the best son, husband, father, brother and “Papa” to his grandchildren. Don never met a stranger and would help anyone in need.
Don is survived by his wife, Karen Jones; son, Donnie Jones; grandchildren, Harley and Bailey Jones; parents, Harold and Bervelee Jones; brother, Gary Jones.
