ARMS, Mary Ann - Of Grand Blanc, age 95, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at her residence.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30am Monday, January 27, 2020 in the Father Bush Parish Center at Holy Family Catholic Church, 11804 South Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc,
Father William F. Wegher officiating.
Cremation will take place following the Mass. Her final resting place will be with her husband in Florida.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Maple Place or Medical Team Hospice.
Visitation 1-3pm and 5-8pm Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 10am Monday at the Father Bush Parish Center until the time of the Mass.
Mary was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on August 23, 1924, the daughter of the late Michael and Susanne (Tkac) Balint. Mary enjoyed rug-hooking and loved baking apple pies. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Surviving are children, William and wife Cathy Arms, Susan and husband Roger Main and Nancy and husband Michael Parente;
Grandchildren, David and wife Elizabeth Main, Melissa and husband Matthew Feldman, Jennifer Main, Bridgett and husband David Kott, Robert Arms, Ryan Parente and Emily Parente;
Great-grandchildren, Abigail and Andrew, Audrey and Amelia, Avery and Dylan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 1996.
