Daniel was born October 14, 1970 in Flint. He married Shannon King on August 3, 2001. He worked for Cracker Barrel on Pierson Road for over 25 years. Surviving are: wife, Shannon Lee Linscott; two children, Autumn Lee Linscott, and step son, Trever Lee (Margie) Cunningham; grandchildren, Aubrey Lee Cunningham, Hannah Marie Cunningham; sister, Kristine Konkus.
