Lantz, Nancy A. “Fancy Nancy” of Flushing, age 81, died Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Heartland-Fostrian. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Rossell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Senior Companion Volunteer Program.
Nancy was born in South Haven, Michigan on November 7, 1935, the daughter of Theodore and Mildred (Doyle) Manning. She married David Lantz on April 30, 1977. He preceded her in death on August 17, 1998. Nancy was a member of St. Charles and Helena Catholic Church in Clio. She enjoyed bowling and bingo. Nancy was active with the Clio Senior Center and the Senior Companion Volunteer Program.
She is survived by her children; Cindy and husband Steve Luczek, Debbie Lovasz, Denise and husband Brad Kenrick, Karen Fenton, Kathleen and husband Barry Bias; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Doyle and wife Marlene Manning. Nancy was also preceded in death by her son, Rick Dembek and daughter, Christine Dembek. |
