SOLES, Nancy J. -- Age 72, of Prudenville, formerly of Flint, died January 9, 2013 at St. Mary Hospital,Saginaw. Services will be held 2 PM Monday, January 14, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 3-8 PM Sunday, and 12 PM until the time of service Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association. Nancy was born November 7, 1940 in Flint, the daughter of Weldon and Margaret (Howchin) Fain. She was married to William I. Soles on September 26, 1959 in Flint. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, William; children, Deborah (Jay) Bolin of Burton, Mark Soles of Swartz Creek, Denise (Jim) Hooker of Flint, Lori (Jim) Groat of Fenton Twp., Chris (Andy) Kostka of Fenton, Russ (Denise) Soles of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Jason Bolin, Laurie Bolin, Cameron Kostka, Zack Kostka, Lexi Groat, Cooper Groat, Tyler Soles, Connor Soles; great-grandson, Jon Cass; brother, Richard (Becky)Fain of Lennon; sister, Pat (Kerry) Evans of Swartz Creek.
