YOUNG, Jacqueline Lee "Jackie" - Of Grand Blanc, age 45, lost her battle to MS Sunday, June 30, 2019 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 7pm Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Dr. Max B. Hayden officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Any contributions made to the National MS Society to fight MS will be greatly appreciated.
Visitation 4pm Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Jackie was born in Glenn Falls, New York on February 24, 1974, the daughter of Richard and Sharon (Frielinghaus) Childers. Jackie loved to read and listen to music. She was very family oriented. Jackie was a strong woman and a fighter who battled MS for 9 years.
Surviving are children, Matthew Kimball, Jared Young, and Alyssa Young;
grandchildren, Bryson and Raelee;
mother, Sharon Childers;
twin sister, Julie;
nieces and nephews, Marissa, Mariah and Lansdon;
great nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Keely and Kambree;
and best friends, Brian and Jamie Simpson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard.
