Donna Marie Fowler, age 73 of Clio passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Cranberry Park Assisted Living after a long illness.
Donna was born May 22, 1946 to the late Donald and Helen (Rybak) Williams. She graduated from Howell High School with the Class of 1964. Donna married William Fowler on April 18, 1998 in Flushing. Donna graduated from the University of Michigan, Flint with her bachelors degree in 2000. Donna was the Genesee County Dental Hygienist of the year in 2002. She was also a past treasurer for the Michigan Dental Hygienist Association. Donna retired from work as a Dental Hygienist in Swartz Creek after 36 years.
She is survived by her husband, William Fowler; two sons, Rodney Reed of Fenton and Robert (Lori) Reed of Davison; two stepsons, William Todd (Amy) Fowler of Farmington Hills and Scott (Cindy) Fowler of Linden; six grandchildren, Juliana McGrane, Noah Reed, Annaliese, Owen, Miranda and Ashton Fowler; three brothers, Brian (Linda) of Williamston, Mark of Canton and James (Terri) Williams of Howell; and four sisters, Carol (Kenneth) Warren of Maryland, Elizabeth Kinslow of Sterling Heights, Nancy (Daniel) Horton of Ossineke and Barbara (Gary) Campbell of Colorado.
Donna was preceded in death by two brothers, Gordon and Donald Jr. “Sonny” Williams.
The Family will receive visitors from 1-8 PM Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Avram Funeral Home, 6028 Lincoln St., Mayville and from 10 AM until the time of service Monday, July 1, 2019 at the church.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Monday, July 1, 2019 at Mayville United Methodist Church with Pastor Carole Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in Watertown Township Cemetery, Fostoria.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund.
