SIMPSON, Nicholas Blake – of Davison, MI, age 36, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, December 5, 2019. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Rex Odglen officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 12-2 PM and 4-6 PM Monday, December 9, 2019 and 10-11 AM Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little People of America, in memory of Nicholas Simpson.
Nicholas was born in Flint, MI on July 27, 1983, son of Dennis Simpson and Karen (Stebbins) Allinger. He was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 2003. Nicholas was employed with Davison Overhead Door. He loved his family and his friends. Nicholas was very loving, caring, kind and giving. He loved sports, deer hunting and WWE wrestling. Nicholas attended Russellville Community Wesleyan Church and played on various church softball leagues.
Nicholas is survived by his father, Dennis Simpson; mother, Karen (Mike) Allinger; 6 siblings, Dana Simpson, Jennifer (Marty) Wright, Chad (Leslie) Simpson, Kaitlin (Thomas) Breeden, Michael (Heidi) Allinger and Jenna (Greg) Kamyszek; 15 nieces and nephews, Alexis Simpson, Aidan Farrell, Tyler (Jenae) Wright, Kyle Wright, Nicole Wright, Davin Allinger, Natalie (Allinger) Jarvie, Jared Kamyszek, Makayla Kamyszek, Madison Kamyszek, Bentley Kamyszek, Emerson Kamyszek, Cuyler Simpson, Jovie Simpson and Noelle Simpson; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Delores (Winkles) Stebbins; uncle, Arthur Winkles; cousin, Cindy Winkles; 2 aunts, Monica Simpson and KayAnn (Stebbins) Monahan; grandparents, Clyde and Emma Simpson; 2 grandfathers, Larry Stebbins and Robert W. Coote.
