Walker-Glowacki, Margaret of Flushing, age 98, died Monday, August 11, 2014, at Birchwood Meadows. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2014, at Rossell Funeral Home. Fr. Roy Horning will officiate. Burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Margaret was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 10, 1916, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Varga) Fejes. She married Fred Walker on March 7, 1936, in Flushing. He preceded her in death on January 20, 1971. Margaret later married Arthur Glowacki and he preceded her in death in 1990. She enjoyed flower gardening.
Margaret is survived by her children, Lorraine and husband Harley Sewell, William “Bill” and wife Diana Walker, F. Thomas and wife Ramona Walker; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her son, Nickolas Walker.
