SKEELS, Marie Ann (Beaubien) - Age 94, of Fenton, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. Todd Koenigsknecht celebrant. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Tuesday from 2-8 PM where a vigil service will be held at 7 PM and at church Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of Mass.
Marie was born November 7, 1923 in Vattman, TX, the daughter of Louis and Anna (Potts) Unterbrink. She married Ernest Beaubien June 29, 1946 and he preceded her in death March 24, 1985; she married William Skeels July 1, 1977 and he preceded her in death January 6, 1991. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Surviving are: her children, Eric (Marita) Beaubien, Roger Beaubien, David (Keeta) Beaubien, Eileen (Charlie) Gabbeart, Paul Beaubien, Karen (Tom) Horal, Gary Beaubien, John Beaubien, Tom Beaubien, Richard Beaubien, Janet (Bernie) Mikulenas, and Gail (Karl) Sturgis; 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; brother, Gerald (Marion) Unterbrink; sister, Agnes Corbin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Dennis Beaubien; and 6 siblings. Tributes may be shared at ww.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
