PLAMONDON, Michael John “Mickey” – of Davison, age 76, passed away June 18, 2016 at his residence. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8PM Monday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison with a Rosary and Scripture Service at 7PM. There will also be one hour of visitation prior to the service at church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Building Fund.
Michael was born in Flint, MI on February 16, 1940 son of the late Wilfred and Leona (Charron) Plamondon. He married Marie Kurrle on August 28, 1987 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Mickey enjoyed bowling, Detroit Tigers, Nascar and Powers High School football. He was also a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Michael is survived by his wife, Marie Plamondon; children, Michael Wilfred Plamondon, Andrea Lee Wilkerson, Stephen James Plamondon; step-children, Tonia Sue Manning-Hall, Laura Denise Birchmeier; grandchildren, Tyler Steven Manning, Trevor Patrick Manning, Rachel Wilkerson Miller, Preston James, Brianna, Hannah and Ethan Birchmeier; sister, Kathleen Fay; ex-wife, Martha Jo Plamondon; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Norbert Plamondon, Frances Musloff, Ronald Plamondon, Thomas Plamondon.
