GRIFFITH, Cameron C. – of Clio, age 51, passed away peacefully at home Monday, November 16, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held at 4PM Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Dan Shinabarger officiating. Cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 10AM until the time of service at 4PM.
Cameron was born April 11, 1964 in Flint, Michigan to William and Shirley (Shellenbarger) Griffith. He graduated from Clio High School in 1983. Cameron enjoyed 10 years with his companion, Lori Queen. Mr. Griffith was employed with the Flint Journal for 33 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle “Linda”, hot rods and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Companion, Lori Queen of Clio; Children: Wesley (Ashley) Griffith of Flushing, Rebecca (Tom) Gerow of Clio, Joshua Griffith of Flushing, Cami (Nathan) Hyder Mt. Morris, Cassie LaFever of Flint, Robyn Hope of Flint and Caitlin LaFever Clio; 6 grandchildren with another on the way; Mother, Shirley Griffith; Brothers: Mike (Sharon) Griffith, Jeff Griffith and Tom Shellenbarger; Special friends: Amanda Pruitt and Jen Cuthbertson.
