HODOROVICH, Angela Beth. – of Clio, age 40, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 20, 2020 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM Saturday, January 25, 2020 at SS. Charles and Helena Catholic Church, 230 E. Vienna St., in Clio. Rev. Fr. Kenneth Coughlin officiating. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Friday from 4PM until 8PM and at the church on Saturday from 10AM until the time of Mass at 11AM. A scripture service will be held at 7PM Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at 10:30AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, with full military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Angela was born September 13, 1979 in Flint, Michigan to Joseph and Debra (Hornak) Hodorovich. She graduated from Clio High School in 1998 and later attended Ross Medical School. Angela served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years as a Motor Vehicle Operator. She was a medical assistant at Consultants in Arthritis in Flint for 10 years and was also the manager at Joe’s Garage in Clio. Angela was a member of SS. Charles and Helena Catholic Church in Clio. She enjoyed traveling, car races, and golfing. Above all, Angela was a beloved mother and loved spending time with her daughter, Makenna.
Surviving are: Daughter, Makenna Hodorovich; Parents, Joe and Debbie Hodorovich; Brothers: Joe (Traci) Hodorovich, and Jeff (Shellly) Bzdick; Boyfriend, Eric Duby, and his son, Joey; Brother in law, Jeff Oakley; Nephews and nieces: Michael (Helena) Morrow, Samantha Hodorovich, Ryan Hodorovich (Fiancée Alora), Joseph John (Krystal) Oakley, Miranda Oakley, Emmalea Oakley, Rebekah (Chris) Mann, Eric Bzdick, and Jason Bzdick; Cousins: Jennifer Perry, and TJ Hodorovich; Best friends: Leanne LaVallie-Aho, and Shawn Smith; Many other loving cousins, family members and dear friends.
