Patricia (Valentine) Page, of New Lothrop, Mi passed away Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at McLaren hospital in Flint, Mi. She was 74 years old.
Patricia was born in Flint, Mi, July 12th, 1950 to father Raymond Valentine and mother Elvie Louise (Long) Valentine. She graduated from Bendle High School in Burton, Mi in 1968. She later married and was an at home parent to her two sons. Once they were grown, she went back to school and earned her associate’s degree in accounting from Baker College and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also worked at Pioneer Mutual Insurance for 20 years where she met many life long friends who became like family. She resided in New Lothrop her entire adult life and had many neighbors that she counted as friends.
She loved to dance and took many ballroom and line dancing classes throughout her life. Upon retirement, she enjoyed traveling to new places like Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Iceland where she made new friends with her fellow travelers.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Louise Valentine, and her stepmother, Josephine Duff Valentine. She is survived by her sons, Aaron Page of New Lothrop, Mi; Kyle (Lori) Page of Dexter, Mi and her grandchildren Sophie and Leo; her step brothers, Walter (Kimberly) Duff of Montrose, Mi and Ronald (Evie) Duff of Paris, Mi.
A luncheon and celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 6th, 12-3pm at Rustic Meadows located at 8245 New Lothrop Rd., New Lothrop. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Michigan Humane Society. Patricia will be laid to rest at Crestwood Cemetery in Grand Blanc, Mi with her beloved mother.
