SCHULTZ, Annabelle (Richards), of Davison, MI, age 89, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Jason Crum officiating. Entombment will follow in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, January 21, 2020 and one hour prior to service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Annabelle was born in Flint, MI on November 2, 1930, daughter of the late Gilbert and Evelyn (Harrison) Richards. She graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 1949. Annabelle Richards married Claude Schultz on June 25, 1949 in Mt. Morris, MI.
Annabelle was a loving mother of her 5 sons, Larry (Joyce) of PA, Rodger of Burton, Richard (Diane) of Goodrich, Michael (Wanda) of TN, Bradley (Janet) of VA; grandchildren, Richard and Heather Schultz, Michael Schultz, Melissa Rozell, Sheri and Eric Hotchkiss, Jacqueline and Drew DeSpirito, Katie and Ben Olive, Jennifer and Josh Hogge; 14 great-grandchildren; her friend, Henry Nicholas. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Claude Schultz; siblings, Luella Brownson, Dan Richards, Beverly Sanford and Robert Hawes.
