CARPENTER, Annetta M. "Anne" – of Mt. Morris, age 77, died August 28, 2013. In her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held 11AM Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the O'Guinn Family funeral home in Clio. Pastor Eddie Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 3PM until 9PM and on Saturday from 9AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Genesys Hospice or the Brain Tumor Research Fund at the University of Michigan.
Anne was born August 22, 1936 in Flint, Michigan to the late Lloyd and Patricia (Paro) Schnarr. After raising 5 children, Anne earned her master's degree while working at Community Mental Health. She dedicated her life to helping others. Anne loved to garden and spend time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are: children, Kim (Ray) Harris, Kevin Carpenter, Kendra (Kory) Stevenson, Kyle Carpenter, Karla (Mounir) Carpenter; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Richard Schnarr, Lloyd (Pauline) Schnarr; several nieces and nephews.
