SANDERS, Etta Mary - Of Grand Blanc, age 90, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Bella Vita Senior Living.
A memorial service will be held 11am Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Hope United Methodist Church 4467 Beecher Road, Flint,
Reverend Carol Blair Bouse officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hope United Methodist Church.
Visitation 10am Saturday at church until the time of the service.
Etta Mary was born in Flint on March 26, 1928, the daughter of the late James and Georgetta Goodwin. She was a lifelong resident of the Flint area. On October 14, 1948, she married Wayne Sanders in Flint at Central United Methodist Church. She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church.
Surviving are son, Ronald Gregg Sanders;
sister, Lillian Georgetta Quigley.
daughter in law, Ann Sanders;
son-in-law, Steve Mage;
and 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, sons, Richard and Fred, daughter Marian Mage, parents, James and Georgetta Goodwin, and brother, James.
