GULLETT, Pauline Carrie - Of Flint, age 94, died Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Kith Haven Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be held 12 noon, Monday, September, 24 2012
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Reverend Paul Christiansen officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Court Street Church of God.
Visitation 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pauline was born in Arkansas on October 17, 1917 and was the daughter of Weller and Emily Gilmore. She moved to Flint from Parsons, Kansas in 1945.
Pauline married Hollis Gullett on February 15, 1941 and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2007.
Mrs. Gullett was an active member of West Court Street Church of God, where she taught nursery school for many years and helped with the Living Nativity, She loved her family and enjoyed her flowers.
Surviving are children, Marilyn Kissel, Verna and husband Dan Rinker, Mark and wife Kelly;
9 grandchildren, Andrea (Rob) Robinson, Blair (Ellen) Kissel, Rhema (Chris) Glover, Levi Rinker, Michael (Cindy) Gullett, Rory (Mallory) Gullett, Katie (Joe) Prieur, Josie Irwin and Kim Sullivan;
13 great-grandchildren, Erin, Erica and Allyse Wilcox, Ethan, Evan and Alex Kissel, Alaina and Asher Glover, Austin, Taylor and Waylon Gullett, Madison and Connor Irwin;
many nieces, nephews and sister-in-law, Pat Shaw.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis; her sister and 4 brothers.
