KNACK, David Lee – of Mt. Morris, age 65, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County. Cremation has taken place. No services are being scheduled. Contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
David was born April 12, 1949 in Flint to the late Harlan and Jane (Norton) Knack. He lived in the Clio area his entire life. He served 2 enlistments in the US Army in Vietnam. He married Judy Robinson on February 9, 1973. Mr. Knack retired from Buick in 1998 with 32 years seniority. He was a member of the UAW Local #599 and was Past Commander of the Gordon R. Bennett VFW Post # 1452. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
Surviving are: wife, Judy; son, William (Jennifer) Robinson of Montrose; 4 grandchildren, Kyle, Cody, Chance and Amber; one great granddaughter, Morgan; and his cat "Uno;" 6 brothers and 3 sisters; many nieces and nephews.
