BAILEY, Rex – of Flint, age 52, passed away January 3, 2016 at Genesys Health Park. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Friday, January 8, 2016 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Gary Beck officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be 12-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Group Living or Special Olympics.
Rex was born in Flint, MI on October 10, 1963, son of Richard and Francine (Martin) Bailey. He volunteered for Meals on Wheels with Freedom Works. Rex was always friendly and loved making new friends. He also loved to fish, camp, biking, Halloween, bowling and car shows.
Rex is survived by his parents, Richard and Francine Bailey; brother, Gary (Shawn) Bailey; niece, Kayla; nephew, Gary Lee. He will be terribly missed by his cousins, aunts and uncles, his co-workers at Freedom Works and friends at Group Living.
