DWYRE, Robert Edward – Of Grand Blanc, age 75, died Friday, November 22, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Visitation 10am Friday, December 6th, 2019 at Bristol Road Church until the time of the service.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated 11:30am Friday, December 6th, 2019 at Bristol Road Church of Christ, G-1315 West Bristol Road, Flint.
Cremation has taken place. Burial will be held 1:30pm Friday, December 6th at Great Lakes National Cemetery with military honors under the auspices of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Robert was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts on October 15, 1944, the son of David and Charlotte (Carter) Dwyre. Robert went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.
On September 4, 1965 he married the love of his life, Virginia Grant and they had been married for 54 years.
He was a devoted Christian and raised his family with faith. Robert was a loving family-man and he will be dearly missed.
Surviving are wife, Virginia Dwyre;
children, David (Jeni) Dwyre,
Traci (Brian) Muraco and Deborah (Matt) Chapman;
grandchildren, Sarah and Julia Dwyre, Jackson, Jacob and Sophia Muraco, Kayleigh and Colton Chapman;
sisters, Dorothy Bergeron and Barbara Capps.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David Dwyre.
