TOSTO, Albert C. – of Davison, age 84, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 at Hurley Medical Center. In accordance with Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private Memorial Service will be celebrated. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be considered to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research in Al’s name.
Albert was born in Flint on May 4, 1936, son of the late Albert and Maxine (Ashley) Tosto. He married Judith A. Wilson on July 14, 1956 in Flint. She survives him. Albert retired from GM Metal Fab after 36½ years of service. Al was fond of the outdoors and loved hunting and fishing. He was an avid gun collector. His greatest joy was found in spending time with his family.
Al is survived by his wife of 64 years, Judith Tosto; children, Vicki Ann Maier, Valri (Dan) Scott, Michael Tosto, Susan (Greg) Painter; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Jack A. Tosto; sister, Myra Jones; many nieces and nephews as well as other loving family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by a sister, Rosaria Schaaf.
