Dennis Lee “Denny” Corlew, 70, of Birch Run, Michigan, passed away at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. He was born on May 25, 1948, the son of Archie & Arlene (Fiser) Corlew in Gladwin, Michigan. On March 20, 1971, he was united in marriage to Marianne Jelinek in Flint, Michigan. He was employed as a Benefit Representative, UAW Local 599 for General Motors in Flint, Michigan. Denny resided in Birch Run for the past 14 years previously residing in Mt. Morris. Left to cherish his memory in his wife of 47 years: Marianne Corlew of Birch Run; daughter: Amie (Matt) Urbanke of Birch Run; son: Brian (Rhonda) Corlew of Birch Run; 4 grandchildren: Kylee, Colby, Matthew & Luke. He is also survived by his brothers: Ed (Jan) Corlew of Gladwin; Jerry Corlew of Clio; Glenn (Louise) Corlew of Gladwin; sister: Brenda (Dale) Allen of Millington; several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents & sister in-law: Ila Corlew. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Brad Withrow on Saturday, July 21, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018, from 4-8:00 P.M. and on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 12-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. He will be laid to rest at Butman Township Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
