Jurry “Jerry” Albert Maynard, age 80 of Lum, Michigan, passed away December 11, 2017. He was born in Flint, MI on July 26, 1937, to Helen and George Maynard. Jurry worked at Buick in Flint, Plant 31. He loved his antique tractors and was a founding member of Pioneer Tractor Club of West Branch. Jurry loved his Bass fishing on Laird Lake in Hale. He also was a very proud volunteer member of the Arcadia Township Fire Department.
Jurry is survived by his wife Patricia Maynard, daughters Nancy Watt of Lapeer, Roxanne (Dale) Schultz of Lapeer, Audra Maynard of FL and Son Terry (Rachael) Maynard of FL; 7 grandchildren, Raquel, Heidi, Jon, Joe, Jan, Anna, Zackery; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 15th at 11:00 am at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors- Capstick Chapel in downtown Lapeer. Pastor Jerry Schriber will officiate. Burial in Arcadia Township "Lum" Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday, December 14th 2:00- 8:00 PM. Memorials to the Arcadia Township Fire Department appreciated. |
