Phyllis Hodorowski, 77, of Lapeer, died peacefully on December 16, 2013 at home, with her family by her side, after a struggle with cancer.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Jerry, of 58 years; daughters Jeri Ann Harley, Kara Hodorowski and Amy Teachworth; grandsons, Jason (Jessica) Harley, Eric Teachworth, Brad (Megan) Teachworth; three great grandchildren, Hunter, Isabella and Brady; sister, Ernestine (Dennis) Heringshausen; brother, Norm (Darlene) Fortier; and numerous relatives and close friends. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Florence Fortier; three brothers, Curt, Richard and Raymond Fortier.
The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for Phyllis during her last illness.
Funeral Mass from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 11AM. Father Michael Zuelch will be officiating. Burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors Capstick Chapel. Memorial donation to McLaren Hospice are greatly appreciated. |
